Phase Events is a premier venue in Alpharetta offering a unique culmination of venue options designed to accommodate both large and intimate weddings. In addition to our state-of-the-art Legacy Theater, our facility also encompasses indoor/outdoor spaces, rentals, bridal suite, and catering kitchen making it the perfect venue for your big day.
Our 5,700 square foot venue is the perfect place to host your wedding. Seating up to 300 people in Chavari chairs or 250 in on-site rentals and including a live band stage, cocktail hour space, and outdoor ceremony space, our team can help you plan the perfect day.
In addition to the Legacy Theater, our facility also encompasses additional spaces and features. These additional attributes can be used in conjunction or separate from Legacy Theater, making each of our event spaces perfect for any size and every occasion.
Your guests have plenty of room in our pre-function space or Commons area to exit the Theater in between your ceremony and reception allowing the team to do space flips if needed.

We have spaces that accommodate groups of 15 up to 600.
We have half day pricing and full day pricing. Half day is considered any event under 4 hours full day rate is an 8 hour rental. If you go over the hours rented, we charge $200/hr.

We have a warming kitchen onsite, we are a nut free peanut free facility.
We are a non smoking facility.
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold the date.

We have ample parking in front of the event venues.
We will have an Event Manager on site during your event who will be your point of contact for all facility needs. We require that you have full staff to run your event, our vendors provide these services.
Yes, as long as you have someone who is permitted to serve alcohol in Alpharetta. We also have a list of companies you can hire to serve.
