COVID-19 Update
We are open! We’ve made our home even safer so that you can get out of yours. The Commons at Phase is committed to giving you a safe place to create your new normal. The safety and well-being of our students, families and staff is our highest priority. We have been and will continue to follow the information and guidance provided by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) as well as the department of public health.

In response to the COVID -19 sweep of the country, The Commons at Phase has taken distinct efforts to abide by the guidelines, while keeping our members and staff’s best interest in mind. Now that we have the opportunity to re-open our doors, and serve families in our community, we will be making new enhancements to the workspace in adaptation of society’s new standards.
We are a community, we are a family, and together we can see this situation through in the workspace. The following outlines the strategies The Commons at Phase will be implementing as our doors open.
Cleaning and Disinfecting Measures
During our closing period continued to have our facilities cleaned and sanitized throughout the week. Upon reopening, we have, of course, increase sanitizing efforts daily in the common space, and have implemented personal hygiene guidelines. Each day our Common Space, training rooms, and bathrooms are cleaned by a professional cleaning company. During operating hours, booths, and podcasting equipment will be sanitized after each use, and door handles will be sanitized periodically.
keep your distance
Collaboration is a priority to us, and we are committed to creating a space we can continue to work collaboratively together while abiding by professional standards. Some of the standards include rearrangement of furniture in the meeting rooms, reconfiguration of booth seating, and descriptive signage throughout the facility. We suggest keeping a limit of one person per booth, and are happy to allow members to use open meeting rooms if the common space is full.
